Shoreline Swing
is back on Sunday 12 September 2010!

It has been a long summer and not everyone has had an opportunity to dance oddles and might feel little out of the swing of things. With that in mind, Shoreline Swing is offering a free hour long East Coast beginner class to anyone who may have gotten a little rusty over the summer or has never before danced swing.

The class will run from 5:45 - 6:45 pm and will start from the beginning and go over the basic steps and turns. The rest of the evening follows our regular schedule with another quick East Coast class between 7:00 - 7:30 pm (good for review) and then our DJed dance from 7:30 - 10:00. Come and catch up with old friends and make new ones!

We are looking forward to seeing you after a long summer break!

Monthly - Third Saturday Dances (Live Music!)

On the third Saturday of each month, September through June, we host a dance with live music at the East Lyme Community Center, Society Road, East Lyme, CT.

Beginner East Coast Swing Lesson 7:30 to 8:30 PM, Open Dancing to 11:30 PM. All ages and levels welcome, no partner necessary.

Sunday Record Hops & Practice Sessions

On Sunday evenings throughout the year we host a Record Hop at the Frohsinn Hall, (German Club) Across from the main entrance of Mystic Seaport, Mystic, CT. Parking in the rear. Speed limit of 30 mph strictly enforced by local police department.
